For auction is my beloved 1999 Honda CG125. 7k genuine miles. Very very clean. Please see photos which still don’t do it justice.Starts fine, runs fine, stops fine.Last used in 2018. Was original purchased in 2016 for a charity ride in 2017 to lands end for children with cancer uk.She even featured in our local newspaper!!!Bought as I wanted something reliable and she didn’t miss a beat for the whole 800 miles.Ever since she has been dry stored in a purpose built out building.Pulled her out today and she started with one kick!.No silly ECU or injection system to worry about. Just a good old carb. Good bits: No rust, no dents, no body damage what so ever.Tyres very good. Starts as it should. No horrible engine noises. Comes with new spare tyre, clutch cable and throttle cable. These were bought for the trip in 2017.Bad bits: no mot. I cannot see any reason this wouldn’t sail through another as the previous mot had not one single advisory. No mirrors as these where needed on another bike.The battery will ideally need replacing as she’s been sat but I charged it overnight and everything works fine. The only modification I have made to this bike is to fit a single usb socket on the handle bars to charge my phone for the trip. It’s still fitted but I’ve disconnected it at the battery end. Even still has the original Honda toolkit that I have never needed to use.Inspection I highly recommended before purchase. Comes with V5, lots of paperwork and 2 keys. One for ignition and one for steering lock.Shame to let her go but I can’t see myself using her much in the future and it’s a waste for such an iconic commuter bike to be sat doing nothing.Forgot to mention. It had a new D.I.D and sprockets before the trip so plenty of life left.I will not accept any stupidly low offers as I know it’s worth. Many thanks and happy bidding.
