2000 Suzuki Bandit 1200 MK1 Selling as spares or repairs, due to what I think is a failed camchain tensioner. I took the bike out this morning for a ride after rebuilding the carbs and checking valve clearances. It ran better than ever!! However after about 30 miles there was a rattle and I switched it off but I think I was too late! Not sure exactly what damage has been caused as I do not have the time, space or inclination to strip it down. So unfortunately she is up for spares or repairs. There is some nice bits on this bike such as the full akrapovic system. Previous owner had it from new, and in the last year had the front forks rebuilt, new chain and sprockets and new tyres. Normal Bandit flaky paint on the engine, but the rest is pretty good and it's still very presentable. MOT until mid March. Bike is in Martlesham. It's sold as non working, please don't turn up and expect to get it going, it will need trailering or vanning away.
