This is my rare 1973 Dredsa suzuki t500 it is 1 of only 10 ever made by dave degans of dredsa so your probably never see another one They sold them for racing and for the road.Paperwork backs up that dave dave has authenticated it(its a proper one).It was built in 1973 as a race bike but not registered for the road until 1977.This bike has been on display in a house but before this it was re-furbished to do the festival of a thousand bikes this is what work has been done.Frame and swing arm stripped powder coated,all new taper roller bearings,the gt engine(with electronic ignition)was completely stripped and inspected,rebuilt crank with new seals and other seals in the engine.The barrels and pistons are to TR spec,so it goes extremely well,but still tractable midrange and not to 'peaky.The Lockheed discs and calipers were all re-furbushed with new seals and pads.The alloy flanged wheels were treated to new stainless spokes and new bearings.new fork seals and oil.New dunlop tt100 tyres with the layers ofter compound were fitted.Brand new miking vm34 carbs fitted with new swarbrick quick release racing expansion chambers to complement the engine.New chain and sprockets were fitted along with new half fairing and re-upholstered seat.The bike is road legal and historic on logbook so needs no tax or mot this bike weighs 134kg or 300lbs so power to weight ratio is excellent.any questions please ask i don't think you'll get the opportunity to buy another one 07564870313.
